As I stared at the Taurus moon, she filled me with so much wisdom. She reminded me how fragile and fleeting this moment is and nothing can be taken for granted. As we are in the season of autumn, its about letting go and releasing the old spiritual paradigms that no longer serve us and stepping into the newness of each day.

I believe you hold the keys to your most ecstatic life. I don't believe in master classes because I don't think there is map to your specific life. It's a journey..... and we are looking for clues in our body and in all things around us. I desire to share the wisdom that I have studied. My desire is to integrate knowledge and wisdom in an intuitive way to support your soul on your own unique journey because each path and each journey is sacred and she honors that unique path. 

I am a vessel for the divine feminine to move through, I offer a customized 7 part soul coaching series. Wherever you are is exactly where you should be. If it doesn't make sense right now, just know that it will someday. My message is simple, there is hope and you are the light of the world. My intention is for you to light up as the beautiful piece of art that you are.  I blend the art of tantra, kundalini yoga, life coaching, ayurvedic wellness coaching, and feminine arts through a series of ceremonies and rituals.

I am continuing to reinvent myself through the journey of mommy-hood and in my deep rich relationships. The Divine Mother

I moved my family to the north to hold my mothers hand as she battled through the disease that took her human body. Now as I close this chapter, I reflect on my purpose and how to share her Love through my work. My mother lived a simple life, she valued her home, her children and friends she considered family. She didn't pay much attention to the outside world, only to enrich the lives of those close to her. With gentleness and grace, strength and a mind that stayed focused on what was important.

Thank you to all the women that have come before us, my beautiful mother, my sisters both physical and spiritual ones, my soul family that holds me, my beautiful daughters, my incredible man that has been strong enough to hold me through all of the hard parts. So much love and gratitude to the women that have personally guided me on my spiritual journey, held a mirror to see my soul and my potential, bodyworkers that literally moved dark matter from my energy field, and the sisters that have walked along side me through this life.
